You don’t need any prior breathwork experience. Sessions are guided, grounded, and adapted to your pace.
In-person sessions are available across the Perth region. These sessions take place either in the comfort of your home or in a peaceful outdoor location. (Please indicate your preference in the booking form.)
Each session is 90 minutes to 2 hours. I'll guide you through the process step by step, so that you can relax and get the most from your session.

A deposit of $100 is required to secure your session - payment details are in your confirmation email. Remaining balance can be paid at your session.
