Each session is 90 minutes. I'll guide you through the process step by step, so that you can relax and get the most from your session.
Q1. Do I need prior breathwork experience? No — sessions are fully guided and accessible for newcomers.
Q2. Is my breathing really connected to stress and emotions? Yes. The breath and nervous system are closely linked. When the body perceives stress, the breath automatically changes. Over time, these patterns can become habitual — even when the stress is no longer present.
Q3.How is this different from breathing exercises I can do on my own? Most breathing techniques regulate you temporarily. This method changes the breathing pattern driving your stress response. The result isn’t short-term calm, it’s a shift in how you carry and recover from pressure.
Q4. How soon will I notice change? Many people feel shifts in tension, clarity, or calm during or shortly after the session. Repeated sessions can deepen the effect.
