I randomly discovered breathwork about five years ago while on holiday in Bali. A friend dragged me to a group session - I wasn't expecting much, but I was mind blown. I felt euphoric, calm, and light - like a clean high. I remember thinking: "If I had known I could feel this good without drugs or alcohol, I would've never touched them."
Before breathwork, I used to turn to alcohol, drugs, or food whenever I was stressed, wanted to feel good or needed to escape. That one session in Bali changed everything. It opened the door to a new way of being - and I've been exploring it ever since.
Since then, I've spent years experimenting with different breathwork techniques, learning how the breath can alter our emotional, physical, and mental states. To this day, I'm still in awe of its power and the transformations I witness during sessions. Every session I guide I get more blown away by the transformative power of this work.
I trained in Greece with Katia Boustani, who studied under Leonard Orr, one of the pioneers of modern breathwork. Leonard Orr developed Rebirthing Breathwork in the 1970s and is widely regarded as the father of the modern breathwork movement.
This direct lineage means I'm working with the authentic Rebirthing tradition - passed down from the creator himself. While I don't have formal breathwork credentials, I was trained by a breath master personally acknowledged by Leonard Orr. This connection to the source ensures the work I offer is rooted in the original, powerful methodology that has transformed countless lives over five decades.
My background is rooted in helping people. I studied Psychology at university and worked for several years as a social worker, supporting disadvantaged children and families. While I was committed to that work, I often felt like I was forcing support onto people who weren't ready to receive it.
Breathwork is different. People come to this work with open hearts and minds, ready to heal, grow, and transform. It's an honour to hold space for that.
This work is very transformative if you're ready to meet your true self and let go of limiting beliefs. Each session helps release blocked energy, emotional trauma and fosters peace, clarity and overall wellness.
I believe managing your breath is the single most important thing you can do to lead a happier, calmer, more empowered life. In our sessions you'll experience a deep sense of clarity, connection, and inner peace - and take these tools with you long after the session ends.
I offer sessions in Perth, WA and when in the UK. I don't currently have a studio, so sessions happen in your home or out in nature if you're comfortable with that. This creates a more personal, intimate setting for your healing journey.
