I discovered Rebirthing Breathwork almost by accident. After just one session, my body relaxed, my mind felt clearer, and my energy shifted — all through the breath itself, without thinking, analysing, or processing. Experiencing this showed me how effective a body-based approach can be and inspired me to train professionally.
I studied extensively with Katia Boustani in Greece, in the lineage of Leonard Orr, the pioneer of modern Breathwork. This training ensures the work I offer reflects the original methodology, applied in a way that delivers practical, observable results.
Before discovering breathwork, I studied Psychology and worked as a social worker supporting people through challenging situations. That experience showed me the value of approaches that are practical, grounded, and results-oriented — lessons I bring into every session.
I do this work because I’ve seen firsthand how it helps people feel lighter in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and steadier in their energy. Even after a single session, these shifts carry into your daily life and make it easier to stay present, focused, and able to handle whatever comes up.
This isn’t therapy or coaching. It’s a body-based practice that produces real, felt results, and my role is simply to guide the process so your body can do what it knows how to do naturally.
