I’m Monika, and I guide structured breathwork sessions designed to reduce tension, improve clarity, and restore sustainable energy.

My work centres on breathing patterns and physiological regulation, supporting the body’s ability to recover from ongoing stress.

Training & Background

I came to Rebirthing Breathwork through personal experience. After my first session, I felt a significant shift in my body and mind — a level of physical release and clarity which has stayed with me since. The more I experienced breathwork, the more I saw the depth and consistency of its effects.

The simplicity and effectiveness of the work led me to train professionally.

I studied extensively with Katia Boustani in Greece, in the lineage of Leonard Orr, the pioneer of modern Breathwork. This training ensures the work I offer reflects the original methodology, applied in a way that delivers practical, observable results.

What continues to strike me is how something as simple as the breath can create substantial change. I see it in my own experience, and I see it in the people I work with. When breathing patterns shift, tension softens, thinking clears, and energy stabilises.

Before specialising in breathwork, I studied Psychology and worked as a social worker supporting people in high-pressure situations. My background combines breathwork methodology with a deep understanding of stress physiology and high-performance environments, shaping an approach that is calm, grounded, and practical.

Why I Offer This Work

I do this work because I’ve seen firsthand how it helps people feel lighter in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and steadier in their energy. Even after a single session, these shifts carry into your daily life and make it easier to stay present, focused, and able to handle whatever comes up.

This isn’t therapy or coaching. It’s a body-based practice that produces real, felt results, and my role is simply to guide the process so your body can do what it knows how to do naturally.
