I'm Monika, and I guide structured breathwork sessions designed to reduce tension, improve clarity, and restore sustainable energy. I trained extensively with Katia Boustani in Greece, in the lineage of Leonard Orr- the pioneer of modern breathwork. Before specialising in breathwork, I studied Psychology and worked as a social worker supporting people in high-pressure situations. My approach combines breathwork methodology with a deep understanding of stress physiology and high-performance environments.
