Brief Check‑In (5–10 minutes) We begin with a short conversation to clarify what you’d like to focus on and to ensure everything is set up comfortably.
Guided Breathing (60 minutes) I guide you step by step through the breathing pattern. This portion is continuous and paced to support physical release and clearer thinking.
Integration Time (15–20 minutes) After the breathing portion, there’s time to rest and reflect on how your body and mind are feeling. This helps the effects of the session settle into your day.
