60-Minute Conscious Connected Breathing - A structured group session using a continuous breathing pattern to release physical tension and restore mental clarity.
90-Minute Rebirthing Breathwork - The full session. Sustained connected breathing that releases accumulated stress, quiets mental noise, and leaves participants physically lighter. Best scheduled at the end of the workday.

Q: Can this be done in the workplace? A: Yes — as long as there is a quiet room with enough space for everyone to lie down.
