Trauma-Informed Breathwork

Supporting the Body and Mind After Stressful Experiences

Trauma can leave a lasting imprint on the body and nervous system, even if it’s not visible in day-to-day life. High-performing adults often carry this tension silently — in shallow breathing, tight muscles, or heightened alertness — while pushing through responsibilities and high-pressure environments.

Rebirthing Breathwork provides a practical, body-based approach to address these patterns. By working directly with breathing and physical tension, sessions help the body release stored stress, restore clarity, and support focus and energy, without talk therapy or analysis.

How Trauma-Informed Breathwork Works

Sessions use continuous, connected breathing, paced and guided to suit each participant. The process is safe, practical, and grounded, helping the body regulate and shift habitual stress responses.

Benefits include:

  • Reduce built-up physical tension in muscles and breathing patterns
  • Support clearer thinking and focus, even under pressure
  • Regulate stress responses for steadier energy and composure
  • Improve presence and daily functioning by restoring physical and mental ease

  • Who This Work Is For

This approach is suitable for adults who:

  • Carry tension, shallow breathing, or stress from past experiences
  • Notice physical or physiological impacts of stress or trauma
  • Want a practical, body-based approach to restore calm, clarity, and energy
  • Prefer experiential work over talk-based strategies
  • Session Experience

Each session is fully guided by me and tailored to your needs. Participants often notice immediate shifts in tension, breathing, and mental clarity, with further benefits unfolding over the following days as the body integrates the session.

Sessions are available in-person or online, giving you flexibility to practice in a space that works for you. In-person sessions are held in a calm, private environment where you can lie down comfortably, while online sessions are conducted live, step-by-step, from your own space.
