  • Format: In-person only, at your workplace or another suitable venue
  • Setup: Quiet room with enough space for everyone to lie down comfortably

  • Sessions can be scheduled as:
  • A one-off team wellbeing session
  • Part of a staff wellbeing or professional development initiative
  • A small team leadership or retreat day

  • If the session is during the workday, I recommend scheduling it towards the end of the day, so participants can leave feeling lighter rather than needing to immediately return to tasks.
